Affiliate Porgram
Are you working in a field related to the building industry? Do have a service that would benefit someone in the building industry? Then Code B would like for you to join our community. Affiliate members for a one time processing fee will get access to Code B's community of Building Professionals, in the form of presentations at networking events and contact lists of those interested in your services. Affiliate members are Lawyers, Property managers, realtors, financial services etc. and other similar professionals... So if you think your service would benefit our professionals fill out the contact form and someone from our office will be in contact with you.
Industry Professional Network
In addition, industry professionals are needed to assist Code B with a large number of requests from the general public, financial institutions, developers, and special requests from governing jurisdictions for various projects. Code B doesn't directly perform the work required for these projects. Instead, work is contracted out to qualified professionals. Projects range from rehabilitations to brand new construction. If you're an industry professional, Code B needs you! We are looking to fill the following positions:
- Architects - to perform building plans
- Contractors - to perform construction
- Designers/Draftsmen - to perform as-built drawings
- Inspectors - to perform maintenance and code inspections
- Interior Designers - to perform consultations with owners for green design
- Landscapers - to perform site maintenance and clean-up
- Sub-Contractors (all trades) - to perform small jobs and repairs
Availability in the network is limited and positions are in high demand. Please submit your application along with the Qualification Questionnaire and $99.00 processing fee immediately in order to secure your position. Once an Industry Professional is selected to contract with Code B, a current picture is required to create an identification badge that must be shown to the property owner at the first job site visit. Badges representing affiliation with Code B must be presented when entering any private residence or job site.
Monthly Program
To maintain status in the Code B network, Industry Professionals may opt-in to our monthly program. The cost of the program is $49.99 for a limited time only and may be canceled at any time. The monthly membership is easy to set up and is hassle-free. Track the projects that you may want to bid. By participating in our monthly program, Industry Professionals have first consideration for new projects.

• Why sit at the Building Department all day to process your plans. Call Code B and we will be happy to do it for you for free as part of the membership.
2 Free Reports
• If you or one of your clients needs a report, you can call Code B and request a report up to twice a month. The normal cost of these reports are $185-$250 per report.
